Very nice collection Bill, congrats! Those N321s are a rare breed of cards.

I acquired this beautiful 1910 COUPON Chance....which has great eye. . .Got this AB 460 Crawford in a reasonable trade. A card which I've lost out
appeal. And, an upgrade on the current one in my Super-Print subset . . .on in four Auctions. Of which, the AB 460 Crawfords went for crazy prices.

Acquired this 1888 S.F. Hess (N321) John Smith (San Francisco Pioneers) in a nice deal of which I could not pass up.

Picked this one up as well, just because I love the pose. He looks like a little kid having fun, blissfully unaware of the "boner" that laid waiting in his future....

I was determined not to have a repeat of last year's shutout. I flipped a bunch of Rose PC's and a K-Bats card for a D304 Cobb then, at the last minute, traded that for these N321's. Thanks to RM for the generous trade.

Bill:

Nicely done! What a haul!

Made an impulse buy waaaaaay out of my collecting habits. I've always wanted an OJ, especially of nice crisp and bold images. I ended up with 9 lol, and gave one to my dad who actually OWNS one of the cameras that shot these gorgeous cards, and helped a small portion in the OJ book.

Brent:

Nothing like jumping in head first! :D

Very nice sharing with your dad!

My brother and I collected these as kids and loved them. Of course have no idea where they are now. I saw these and bought the set. I still like them.

My pre-war pick-ups:

The Roush CJ is his rookie (look at that baby-face!) and it's my first Cracker Jack. I have no idea why it graded a 5, I couldn't find any wrinkles or surface flaws and three of the four corners are sharp. It looks like a 7 or 8 to me. The '33 Goudey Gehrig is my big buy from the Show, thrilled to own it!
