Received my card in less than a week, no problems here.

got my stuff super-fast and well packed at a very reasonable price.

The good news on these is that the crud on the top and bottom of the Corbett cabinet was the remnants of an old mat, not chunks out of the cabinet itself, and it fell off when I pulled the card out of the holder. It actually looks a lot better. I will need to send it to a paper conservation expert to have it de-acidified and buffered for the long term I think.

I still haven't received my winnings

I have had a couple of issues in the past, and Heritage has been VERY responsive once I reached the right person to help.

I too have had issues in the past, but I got my winnings w/in 1 week of payment.

Maybe their's another technical difficulty regarding my order. I emailed Chris, who has always come through.

Received mine in 4 days!! Very pleased!

Got an immediate reply from Chris and the package was then shipped. Heritage has always taken care of me - can't complain.
