Not a big item but I collect Teddy Roosevelt and saw this Edith Roosevelt free frank in an auction, so it seemed like a fit for me. Also has an Oyster Bay postmark which is nice. She was the First Lady during his Presidency.

Hoyt Wilhelm - Charles Feeney ball. Nothing major really but it complements my Hoyt Wilhelm - Joe Cronin ball quite well.

This is a 1966 Sport Magazine Annual. Some already know, but I collect Sport Magazines and get them signed.
It was expensive, but is real. It came with a PSA cert through their "in the presence" program. I had them put the sticker on the backside of the cover.
It certainly appears that he is pretty close to not signing at all anymore. Would I do it again...Yes. Although I would probably not waited so long to get it done.

BTW. Here is a link to the entire Sport Magazine collection.

Some nice snags here , This not sports but thought it would fit Rich's post about first lady Mrs TR nicely. Its a handwritten letter signed by Mrs Ellen A. Wilson. The first wife of President Woodrow Wilson and one of the toughest of all first ladies signatures to acquire as she died in the White House on August 6th 1914 of "Brights Disease" It was written shortly after her husbands election in 1913 and the content deals with re-decorating the White House. I bought a turn of the century collection of mostly Civil War Generals and Presidents and there were THREE Ellen Wilson letters among them. I had never even seen one offered for sale before. Thought it was a neat "find"

I was glad to pick up these signed 1951 Bowman cards of HOF Bob Feller and Allie Reynolds.

Allie Reynolds became one of the few pitchers to throw two no-hitters in the same season in 1951.
Rapid Robert threw his 3rd career no-hitter in 1951, just 11 days before Reynolds threw his first of two on July 12th.
Both no-hitters were pitched in Cleveland.

Both of these signed cards came from fellow net54 member Michael Lebowitz that responded to the recent autograph thread that asked what you collect.
Thanks Mike! ;)

1962 Sport

Here is my latest.
It's a May 1962 Sport Magazine. I just added Jim Gentile, through a show, to complete it.

Scott,
Nice Chief and Feller.
Always like Reynolds. Never thought he got enough attention.

This is one that I recently purchased that crosses over into 3 of my collecting catagories...Yankees, Brooklyn Dodgers, and famous/infamous baseball events. I plan on framing it with my 1955 game 1 ticket.

Very nice, Mike!! :)

Mark V.- Thanks for the compliment and I think that Allie was underrated as well, FWIW. BTW, I like your signed mag as well.
It's a shame you weren't able to get Roger while he was still alive...

It's funny, I met Roger multiple times in the early 80's. He was pretty nice, but kind of reserved. The last time I remember seeing him was in DC at one of the Cracker Jack OT games. I think it was 1983, but could've been 1984.

He signed a bunch for us, but I don't think we had Sport magazines with us at the time.
