I Implore LEON to demand that "Brandon" provide some evidence either in this post, or even just with Leon, that this LOA/COA exists. Otherwise, this smells like a scam...

God, will this post ever go away. If it smells like a scam to you, simply avoid it! if he does provide a coa, then buy it. I don't believe brandon is holding a gun to anyone's head.

Calling me a scammer? You guys don't know me. Please stay off my thread if your going to talk trash. I have done deals on several forums. I have a lot of References. If it wasn't for all this snow i would already have the JSA. I do not want to argue on my thread but want to defend my self on here. I already talk to Leon. You guys need to get a LIFE! If you want to talk smack pm me. It is not like i have not done any deals on this forum. If i wanted to scam you guys wouldn't i already made a move and push you guys to buy it.? This thread was here to show some pictures and potential buyers intill i get the JSA. One guy said something, now everyone wants there word in. I have gotten some emails saying to keep my head up and you guys are just jealous. Some saying that i should not reply to your guys nonsense. Again have a problem just Pm me or email me. Im glad to prove y'all wrong.

Please, just stay off this thread if you got no positive things to say.

Well, this is a peculiar situation. As the rules state you are allowed to interfere anywhere on the board if you think there is fraud going on...but as the rules also state, you better have your ducks in a row...I don't think calling this out was a bad move as there was no cert...but now I think we are belaboring the point.

I have spoken with Brandon on the phone as well as some PM's. I told him that from now on he needs stuff in hand before he posts it. He agrees and it was a mistake that he posted it early. Now, all that being said, I consider this issue over with until the LOA/COA is in hand. If anyone knows of OTHER issues then lets hear them or lets let this be, until the cert is provided. The guy said he made a mistake...no one has been scammed, as far as I know, so lets let it go for the moment, please. AND, I am not making a comment whether there is or isn't a cert...heck, I don't know. But I do like to give folks the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise. Best regards

Hey guys,

I'm not trying to scam anybody. I just bought this. I would do some more research when I get home. I haven't had time too look up or call James spence. If this becomes a problem I will just get it slabbed. So as of right now it is not for sale in till it is slabbed. Is that alright with anybody. I am not a scammer. If you guys have thoughts about the auction house letter let me know. I would appreciate the help. I will call James spence hopefully tonight. Any certain questions I should ask? Thanks Brandon

Jesus Christ, who on earth would try to certify a John Maine baseball!!! I think you should dispose of that item as soon as possible, as I'm sure its real and is destined to bring bad luck to anyone who holds it.
