Good Stuff Guys
Most of these games look familar to me as I grew up in the 50's & 60's. I distincly remember the one Max has, with the 2 buttons, 1 fastball and 1 curve ball. |
Beautiful machine! I used to play the "1962 World Series" pinball by Williams at the bowling alley for hours on end...10 cents per game...five balls. I now have a "Simpsons Pinball Party" that I bought new.

Regarding my trivia quiz here......
"What brother combo in Major Lge. BB has the the most single season WINS between them (in separate seasons) ?" Your answer of the Dean brothers is correct for the 20th Century era. But, if I've done my homework right, here is the correct answer...... Wins..........Brothers 53........John Clarkson 1885 13........Arthur "Dad" Clarkson 1895 ..9........Walter Clarkson 1906 75 = total TED Z |

The game at my local bowling alley was a pitch and bat style, and by timing the bat just so we could catch the ball on the screw that held the bat, then let the ball roll down the bat, swing again, and get a home run almost every time. We'd rack up a bunch of free games, then play it the way you were supposed to. There were probably days when the machine was played hundreds of times but only collected a handful of nickels, or maybe even just one.
