No, it doesnt look good. Letter formation is off on some, and the autograph isn't "slanted enough" IMO, compared to most Ted's Ive seen.

1939 Play Ball Ted Williams
I haven't seen one on here yet, so I added mine. I picked it up recently for cheap due to the pinhole. Very happy to add to my collection!
