Getting to 520 cards in T206 took me just over 10 years (I started with a Cobb red background in Aug '03).

I'm not sure what I'm going to do next set-wise. I have been going after Old Judge HOFers the last 4 years (I have 8 of the 27 different HOFers), so I know I'll be continuing that goal.

I'm new to the site, but this post has renewed my interest in T206's. So time to break out the shoe boxes, separate the doubles and count some cards. What is the best source for a current checklist? Wikipedia and T206 museum sites list 514 and Lipset Volume 3 has 523 cards listed.

As dis-interested in t206 as I am...even I am curious to find out what you have in those shoeboxes wildfire!!!!

518 is considered complete by some not including demmit, o'hara st louis variations.

520 will include them and is complete to many.

524 is the way to go and will include wagner, doyle ny nat'l, magie error and plank!

How to get from 514 to 524

Technically correct because my spreadsheets were backed up when my computer died, but the last remaining building on the grounds where the infamous Mustang Ranch brothel once stood went up in flames Sunday, March 26, 2007 and no, I wasn't there.

Picked up a Matty White Cap this evening. That makes 518! Began this quest in March 2012 and had no idea how consuming the monster can be!
