It just occurred to me that two good friends and fellow Giants collectors basically have the equivalent of walk in closets for their collections. Both guys have about every Giants card ever produced but also have massive amounts of great memorabilia. One guy has devoted a huge space to another collection and the other guy is limited by his wife :p

@ orioles70
Absolutely stunning. How do you stop visitors to the room from grabbing a few packs and opening them? lol |

Inspired by this thread, I had to try my hand at full body mannequin displays for uniforms. I think they turned out great and am pleased with the results

Wonderful!
Hey Scotty, it’s been a while since we connected. Hope all is well. The room looks great! I especially love the Bristow Adams.

I just shared this in the pennant thread, but probably makes sense to share here as well.
Here's one wall of my (mostly) vintage Red Sox room - I've focused recently on early panoramics and pennants, and have been lucky enough to have some great pickups of late..... |

Yale Exhibit now showing at the Mayseum's East Wing. Always buying rare and unusual Yale memorabilia. PM me if you have items of interest.

Wow...looks amazing!

The 4 Collectors Channel on YouTube just released a feature on my room. It’s probably a better/more thorough “tour” than anything I may have posted in the past. Theo did an awesome job hosting it.
It’s a 2-part episode… Part 1 is the interview portion with me and Bart… https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=G9RD6qQgYzs&t=423s And here’s a link to the room tour, for anyone who cares to see… https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4Uqe7AVdXCw&t=76s Thanks for watching! |

Great room tour for us vicarious wannabes. When Mark says, “I’ll never own one,” I think…..”we’ll see.” :p |
What a great collection Mark. Love the variety and quality of it all.

Beautiful, Mark! Really cool to see the room with all of the really old stuff.
Any chance you can post a better picture of this Willie Mays pennant? I grabbed this screenshot from the video, but it's not the best. I need to add it to the list of things I will never find. |

I used to have the other slightly more common Willie Mays Pennant. Really regretted selling it, and then Rob turned me on to this gem. I love it because it emanates from his days as a New York Giant. I have not seen another, and even the version I called "slightly more common" is insanely rare. I'll post a better image over the weekend, so please stay tuned... Thanks! |

Best of luck finding one.... they could not have made many of these! |
Thanks, Mark. I really like the colors. Is the other more common (but still very rare) Mays pennant 3/4 size?

You can see it in Jerry Sage's Post #9518 of the "Pennant Guys" thread. Thanks. |
