Frank, I'm fairly new to this board, and I was hoping you could explain something about the Monster number. Suppose I have a printer's scrap of a player, graded PSA Authentic because it was hand cut, and also missing some color. Can I count this scrap card toward my Monster number? :confused: I need to know so I can determine my number. Thank you.
By the way, I've said it before but I'll say it again: that seeing through the plastic post was one of the all-time best.:eek:

We accept scrap, miscut, wet sheet, twilight zone registration, heavily stained and mutilated but identifiable cards. We do not accept REPRINTS:eek::eek::eek:.

We also operate on the honor system due the effect of sequestration on the Monster Number Police.:D:D:D
