We all have our own personal quest. What is the set you simply must complete before you reach the card show in the sky? This is a set in the broadest sense of the word. Cards of all 3,000 hit club members is just as much of a set as the Monster. Let me know what your passion is.

I was at Borders Books last night and on the back cover of the big Beckett Checklist it states that there are over 4,500(!) different cards of Albert Pujols (I don't know how that's true but if Beckett says so then... Glad I don't collect him.

I would like to complete the T-monster, including the big four (why not this is an impossible dream). I would also like to complete the Topps'(1961-1969)sets that I collected as a kid. (In near mint condition, of course.)

But what I would really like to find is something unique--an unknown card, a funky back or an undiscovered variation of an existing set. That would be really cool. I guess I'm the crazy Don everyday when I scroll through the ebay listings hoping to find a treasure that everyone else has somehow missed. So far the treasures have been small, but I still believe I will find my Dulcinea peaking out of some blurry photo, or tantalizingly vague description. I know I'm chasing a windmill, nevertheless, I keep scrolling, clicking, hoping to find something unique.
