Due to the unique nature of much of the memorabilia, there is also a much greater chance of finding a great buy in this area, as compared to baseball cards.

The seller had a 1920 matchbox listed in the Philadelphia Phillies Bobblehead catagory.

I saw that item too, but didn't have much interest in it. Seems like it went pretty cheaply for what it is though. I think there are a lot of bargains to be had on ebay right now.

Today I picked up a lot of 1952 snapshots of the Yanks and Cardinals from spring training which included photos of Mantle/Berra/Stengel/Musial well below my snipe bid. I am happy!
