a date were included (so we'd know how "vintage" the drawing is)--I thought those things came with a "use by..." date on them. Maybe not then...

what is "buge"?

Also, did Pee Wee give you the condom, or did you have to earn it?

buge=huge damn buge hands make tough to type on these small keys.

The condom was given to me by my ex-wife back when Pee Wee was the hot thing on Saturday mornings. I think that was the last truely great Saturday monring kids show.

has off-color things in their sports auctions, like "Joe di Maggio's Tiajuana Bible." (sp?)In a hobby where B. Ripkin's cleaned-up rookie card costs $10, and his "obscene" one costs $.10, it's sort of refreshing. I didn't bid on "Joe D's etc" but I sure ran out and bought B. Ripkin's "FF" rookie.

I have Radbourne's "middle finger extended" Old Judge, but the cabinet--don't have it-- is much better. You can hardly see his fingers in the small one.

I think leon would have some pretty "stiff" competition from the Williams family for the rights to the "used" variation... they would likely want to put that in the cryonics lab along side Teddy Ballgames suspended head.

Julie:

I know you're not good with posting scans, but maybe Pete or someone could help you post your N172 of Radbourn flipping the bird.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love to see that one!

Kevin

I'll second that... and would be more than happy to help scan it in off of a photograph if you'd like...

and the rest of the board...

Radbourne flipping the bird

Doesn't take too much magnification to see his salute... I wonder who that was meant for..

Sorry about posting it so large... I magnified the scan 2x to get a good view of "the bird" and must have posted my magnified version and not the original you sent me.

If nobody else has posted it, I'll update the link to put your original image out there...

Sorry about that!

Seller said he thought the condom pack was from the late '40-early '50s (though he couldn't be sure, since rhey weren't dated), so I won that pack of condoms with the long, lean drawing of T. Ballgame on the front for $104.50!
First condoms I ever owned...

I'm not quite sure how to feel about being a little bit responsible for Julie owning her fist pack of condoms ....seems our little chat board has taken a strange, strange turn......(insert little mystery sound)

as long as nobody tries to use the condoms--rubber goods from the late '40s-early '50s would be a little--passe. I mean, the gasket on my fridge is already wearing out, and it's only 5 years old...
