Default Advice on 1960s Oversize Team Pins

Hi all. I came upon a set of large MLB team pins from 1968-1969. Wondering if anyone knows much about them. I'd guess they are relatively common, but I haven't seen a set like this. They don't commemorate a specific event/WS, but just each MLB team.

They are large circular pins (about 6" in diameter), have a MLBPC marking on edge, and place of maker (Winona MN). They are in excellent condition.

Does anyone know about how these were issued or sold, their scarcity, etc. Thanks a lot. Tony
