Default whats your favorite T210 series ...pics please

After being out of cards for 2 years I 've finally decided to back into it on a smaller scale.I was considering postwar but I can't help being drawn back to this forum. The last group of cards I sold was a small collection of T210 Virgiania league players.Sold to finance non card purchase.Of all sets I'm drawn to the look, relatively inexpensive, and the fact that broken down into leagues makes it much easier to complete if so inclined. Will be in the market to make some purchases come mid spring so shoot me a message with what Virgiania players you have in lower grades .That all said lets delve into this geat set with pics.

Scott

For me it is Series 3 with the Fort Worth players being my favorite by far. How can you not like a jersey with a big FTW on the front of it?

I just picked up this awesome card off the BST section. On my old computer or I would put up more pictures.

Just one player from each of the six SALLY (Series 1) teams.

Great set, you can really collect them any way you want.

Fun stuff, Scott

My favorite T210 Series is.........all of them! These cards are so cool and I love looking up the bio's of every card I get. Gun to my head ill say Series 2. A seearch for the Richmond card of Guy Titman saved me from the monster pursuit. Havent looked back since. Im closing in on completing a few other Series and subsets. After 5 years or so of collecting it is def getting harder to pick up cards from the want list. Great set, awesome poses, and even better fellow collectors of the Red Borders. Fun times.

Default Oh, how I love the Red Borders!

Scott,
You picked the right set to get back into collecting with... affordable, scarce, and as mentioned can be collected a number of ways.

I have had many transactions over the years with Ben, Scott, and Jason and yes the T210 collector community is a good one. Lot's of shared knowledge -

I really like the Series 3, 6, and 8 but can certainly appreciate the 4's and 7's and have dabbled with all of the series over they years.

Here are a few of my favorites :

The Yeager card is my favorite in the set, but my favorite that I own has to be the Benny

I love the 8 series but only have a few. My second favorite is the 3 series. Its been a fun series, but no orange borders for me!
2 of my favorite cards are from the 3 series...

Jones without an "a"

And everyones favorite, the only horizontal in the T210 set.

Some more Series 3 pictures and 1 oddball with the Houston players. I have the Series 2 Loos because he looks like the twin brother of a friend when he was that young.

If anyone has any Fort Worth or Dallas players with the same type Y punch and would like to sell/trade them I am your Huckleberry.

Hardly an oddity, but interesting, imo.

Schulze, Macon. The "only" card (unless someone can point to another) in the entire set who's listed team does not match uniform:

This is one of my all time favorite cards. However, I would probably try the series 3 subset if I had to pick one.
