Default Can you identify these 1930's Cards?

Can you identify these exhibit cards? I believe they are from 1933-1934, but I'm not positive. They are approx 3 3/8" X 5 3/8". They are all glued onto notebook paper so I can't see the backs.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Eric

Default 1934 Indianapolis (AA) team issue

Based on the player selection, they all played for Indianapolis together in 1934 (Sherlock being the key player narrowing this down). If you look closely at the cap, you'll see an "I" on it. One of many of the uncatalogued team issues

"Old and Slow" = Wise and Helpful!

I appreciate the help. This was part of an album someone put together in 1933 & 1934. It is full of newspaper articles. Some items include Babe Ruth (Injuries, pending retirement, interview about anyone beating his HR record, etc), Lou Gehrig, 1934 World Series St. Louis vs. Detroit, lots of baseball cartoons, hundreds of newspaper photos of professional ball players, articles on Jimmy Fox, Walter Johnson, Gehringer, Greenberg, Wagner, Schoolboy Rowe, and dozens of other HOF's, minor leaguers, and legends.

One of my favorites is a newspaper photograph of Babe Ruth sliding into home, avoiding the catchers tag. The caption partially reads, "Babe Ruth, fat and forty, rarely slides these days, but this remarkable action picture proves that the famous home run hitter will hit the dirt to defeat Detroit..."

All of this is for sale... don't know pricing yet, but if interested, let me know and I can put together some photos of the album pages (approx 50 pages front & back).

Sounds like a nice snapshot in time. I'd love to see the Ruth sliding picture if you wouldn't mind posting it. Thanks!
