Does anyone ever use the chat room?

I don't think I have ever seen anyone in there?
I just tried getting in and was stuck on the "connecting to chat" screen for 10 minutes and never actually got in.

The main time it's used is during the REA auction each year. Right now there are some issues with it. It is something that needs to be changed out as it's not a stable solution, especially long term.

There used to be a small group of regulars (including myself) that used it, but the usage seemed to kind of die off. I just tried signing in myself and apparently it's down or just not working at all.

The idiotic hosting company that does the chat room sent some cryptic message a few weeks ago that I had to change some code. I have no idea what it meant. They suck. The chat room will be something that will get fixed this year.....just not sure when. I am sure we will go away from that company. Their s/w is good when it works...which is not very often. They are based in Korea or something and their communication skills grade about an F.

It seems like it was about a year ago when they had it crossed up with some kind of Egyptian chat room and there were a bunch of people in there typing in Arabic and it took forever them to get it straightened out. The chat room itself wasn't bad when it was actually working although if my memory serves me correctly you couldn't post pictures directly from your computer like in the original one.
