Default H & B Roger Maris Bat

In looking at H & B logos used in the 60's I don't see any with 2000 in the stamp. The seller states that the bat is a store model Maris from the 60's. Any opinions?

Thanks. At 29 inches can I assume it's a little league bat as well? It's got some ugly tape residue. Does this affect value? Wait...is there any value?
