Default Record dealers?

I have a friend looking to move a substantial collection of old 45s that he says are in superb condition. If anyone knows anyone who deals in old records, please shoot me an email, pspaeth12@verizon.net Thanks

Hi Peter--

Thought your post was interesting for the simple reason that I still have all my old 45's that I bought in HS in the mid-50's during the beginning of the Rock & Roll Era. (Lots of original Elvis, Fats Domino, Platters, Doo-Wop, etc)

I would go to EBay & search 45 Sellers and you'll find the Dealers. You could also make a post on the Music Board.

You can check out www.moneymusic.com. This is Mighty John Marshall's website. I've heard him on the radio several times appraising records. Your friend can email a list of his 45's and albums and get an appraisal or he can buy a cd of record dealers listed by state, which is $9.95. Hope that helps.
