Default Need help ! T 206 Mordecai Brown

I have been selling cards a long time but never had the pleasure of having tobacco cards in my posession. I been researching this card & believe it to be T 206 Mordecai Brown with a Sovereign 350 back. The card has a crease running across the full lenth of the card from above his right ear thru his jaw to edge of card. My question to you experts is this if you were going to sell it , what you you place the value at.

Best Regards,

Mr. Lee

Default Brown

Nice card there, Leerob!

Looks to be in Good condition with a better than real common back...IMO I would list it around $150-175 with a best offer option (if on Ebay). Probably will sell between $100-150 depending on the wants of others. If you are selling it on here, just have people give you some offers...others have done the same before and it has worked out well.

I'm no expert of course, but you might want to see what everyone else has to say

Good luck on the sale!

Default Brown

Yes, it is Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown, Hall-of-Fame pitcher. I agree with Mike C's figures on the value. It's a nice card.

Default Trimmed?

In my opinion, the card looks trimmed. Those sides especially look awfully wavy. I hope that I'm wrong...for your sake as it would alter the value significantly. I'm a novice compared to other folks on the board, so let's see what others have to say.

It doesn't look trimmed to me. Perhaps the camera angle or the shadow distorts the image.
