Default James Gammon (Lou Brown) has passed away.

I loved him in "Major League."

He was the perfect actor to play Lou Brown. I watch Major League every winter when there is snow on the ground. Helps tide me over to spring. My favorite parts are when he urinates on Roger Dorns contract, and when he is working at "Tire World". I still laugh after 20 years of watching that movie. Rest in Peace James.

Default RIP James

A few of my favorite Lou Brown quotes....

"You may run like Mays. but you hit like sh**"

"We're out of towels, and I'm too old to go diving into lockers."

"So I figured we ought to hang around for a while and see if we can give 'em all a nice big sh**burger to eat!"

RIP to Mr. Gammon

I will use it as a chance to show off my Pedro Cerrano uniform from "Major League 2" though....

First Richard Farnsworth, now James Gammon. Great gruff old character actors in great baseball movies.
