Default Very Poor Ruth Leaf...but real?

Posted By: Billybaseball

Well...you guys provided so much help feedback on the Goudey that I have not avoided, that I figured I should see what you thought of this poor Leaf Ruth.

While I am a newbie to buying cards via the internet, I am not a newbie collector. I have a few, what I call "oooooooo" cards, in my collection. Most are not in great shape but I don't mind and in fact, often find them more interesting having been 'used'.

So that's why I was looking at the Ruth Goudey (I have a very beat up Goudey '33 Gehrig that I traded for at a card show many years back).

I will definely take all your advice to heart. For this card, I checked the feedback and it seemed to be all very new items that he sold. Of course, I only picked about 7 random ones to view so who knows.

Hey...do you think by posting this stuff here that I may end up driving up the prices on stuff I may want to bid on??
No worries...at this point the lessons being learned far outweigh being outbid.

Thanks!
