i plan on keeping these as a near set, but i am wondering if it would be wise to grade the star cards?

what grades do you think the HOFers above would pull from SGC

Have you found any non red backed cards yet in this group?

they come in red, and also a scarcer brown color back

also do you have the Al Lopez rookie card, the most desired card in the set to the rookie card collectors.

Nice group.

PS I see the Lopez card, sweeeeeet ! its above the Babe Herman, bottom right corner, 3 rows up 2 cards over "Alfonso Lopez"

lol I see you posted a pic of it right above this post. FYI, the Lopez is the best card in this set and most desired.

Those look mighty awesome with so many together like that.

When I received my first and only (Goslin) for my type collection I DO remember being shocked at how tiny they are.

Yours look fantastic. If you decide to keep them and display them it'll be interesting to see how they are put together.

well, i am debating with my wife right now on how to sell this set. i have it listed on eBay and intend on leaving it on there .. there are 19 watchers on i, so i am sure it will do just fine.

she wants me to sit on it a little longer and "shop it around" right now my selling limit is $5000 per month on eBay, do you think it has the chance to sell for more than that off eBay as in a major auction house?

also, if i were to put in in an auction house, would it be wise to grade the star cards?
