Default 12.5x19 Current News Posters

I picked this up to go with the postcard I own. Don't know much about them but for a small price thought it was a cool companion piece. Anyone know if these were printed later on or during the current news period of the time? Any info would be nice to have.

All.. This piece is not legit just in case you should come across it again. It was mentioned in a thread on the memorabilia side some time back. It has been floating around for awhile. Sellers keep passing the buck rather than removing from circulation. Greed blows. You know who you are and so do I.
I am sorry you got a lemon here. I hope the seller does not resell. Item in question attached.

I tried to tell the buyer the same thing but he was convinced it was legit. I remember this piece was discussed awhile ago and was deemed fake. The original seller had it listed for a very long time

No problem man. There so many sellers on ebay who dont know anything about the type system or what they have. Alot of them will swear they have the real deal but in reality they just saw some stamp on the back and assume they know. Us photo collectors have to stick together..lol

Default Damn, it was gonna get interesting until the edit post button was used!!

Interesting how Brad's post went from calling Joey a douche to saying: "thanks, man".

Brad, I assume this is your Ruth item? Let's not see it out there for sale any time soon...

No... Brad purchased it from the latest seller/owner. I just wanted to make sure this pickup(in this thread) wouldn't suggest the piece was legit for future sales.

Great pick ups everyone! I've been going nuts on E's lately, courtesy of Just Collects' recent listing. These are some picked up over last few weeks... including a couple more tonight.

Default Thanks to Patrick R. for getting this Kleinow with the others

Patrick saw this come up as a BIN on eBay, and rather than waste time sending a message and hoping I would get to it before someone actually bought it now, he made the purchase, then contacted me. Got number 255 back with the others. Thanks again, Patrick.

Default Not really, Bobby,

They come in spurts. May go a couple months without seeing one, then six show up within a couple of days of each other. My guess would be about one and a half cards a month over the last two years or 36 in the last two years. Maybe slower than the first couple of years when I got started, but not grinding to a halt for any extended period of time. Within weeks or months, there will be two more to post, besides the ones that just show up like this one.

Default So many

Just love these threads...if I don't get something cool in this month it will be a shutout month for the first time in a few years.

Great pickups (love those E cards all over the place!)

Also, I needed to post quick to not stay on number 666 too long!
Spooky number.
I feel better at 2/3 of a thousand.
