Can any of the experts out there help me identify this card? It measures 1 1/4" x 2 1/8".

The Red sheet is the better of the sheets as it has Simmons, Lazzeri, & Gehrig.

Here is the black sheet which includes Harry Heilmann.

This set has always been my vote for ugliest of all time.
