I had a blast on Friday afternoon. Crowd was light and I was there for over 3 hours. Plenty of good vintage out there, albeit it is a step below the November show. Generally speaking, the prices were absolutely putrid. More so on raw than slabbed but slabs are high too. It wasn’t easy to find cards even worth making an offer on. You really gotta pick your spots. I would love to call out a few of the worst offenders but that’s no way to make friends.
I did manage to fill a few holes and not get ripped off too badly. It took patience, negotiating and a willingness to walk away. Overall definitely worth the visit just for the selection and all the stupid sports arguments you can get into with fellow collectors as you peruse the merch. |

Every post needs a card…from the fall show. What’s there from spring?
