The supposed notary stamp on the COA is completely illegible. How convenient. What a joke.

That is a quote from this ridiculous ad,,, what the hell does that mean?

What could that possibly mean?

Technically, the "notarized" statement says it is a reproduction of an autograph.

So there's that.

Ha! Look at the Pete Rose. Now, I MAY have thought it was possible since Pete kinda sorta signed like that pre-1969 (except that "R" is really bad), but that photo is of him getting his 4,192 hit! As others have said...what a joke, indeed!
