Hey all, I've exhausted my knowledge, and various sources of research, so I'm turning to you all!

Anyone have any ideas as to what issue these are from?

Nate,

What size are these? They look like cut-down 4-in-1 Exhibits.

For size comparison, here it is next to a 1933 Goudey Joe Moore card.

So, from top to bottom, it's about 2 inches, give or take a little.

I agree. Definitely cut down 4on1's.. Sorry that mine's in such awful shape, and different font(due to year) but you get the idea..

The only cards, I can think of, sort of close are the W517 Mini's. These type 4 in 1 cut outs are collectibles unto themselves.
