Default Help Dating NY Giants Team Signed Ball

I am trying to figure out what year this NY Giants signed baseball is from. There are some key names that I recognize such as Leo Durocher (Manager), Monte Irvin, Bobby Thomson, Johnny Mize, Whitey Lockman and Ray Mueller. There are 23 signatures total; many of which I don't recognize.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Chris,
you beat me to it I was going to say 48 or 49! But I to believe 49 is correct!

I don't know much about autographs, but I'm guessing the most sought-after one on the ball is Hank Thompson. He played in the Negro Leagues, helped integrate the majors, was a key player on two pennant winners and died young ...

Thanks for the help. I am not an autograph collector either. I acquired this as a small piece of a large card collection and I am planning on selling it, but I figured it would be good to know exactly what I have before I try to sell it.

Baseball-Reference is a great resource for narrowing down items like this and filling in ID's of signatures you don't recognize off the bat:
