Hello, below is Jack Glasscock's 4-page handwritten autobiography written when he was 82. I pictured the pages in black and white to lower the memory, and fiddled with the contrast/lighting to make it more readable. I considered transcribing it, but couldn't make out all the words and figured that those interested could read it well enough.

thanks for sharing that! I can't remember whether Mr. Glasscock was included in "The Glory of Their Times"?

David - thanks so much for sharing this.

Glasscock wasn't included in "The Glory of Their Times", whose interviews were recorded in the mid-1960's. I think Sam Crawford and Jimmy Austin are the oldest players that Larry Ritter captured on tape (both born circa 1880). These are available on CD now and are not to be missed.
