Am I missing something on the dates? Article was from Feb 2016 and the dates are March-April. Time capsule?

It's the grade in the holder which is rare. Only certain consignors obtain such high grades! You either have a connection or you pay through the roof.

You're right, it's an old article. I saw the exhibit last year when I was in Phoenix.
