Default Yes to Eddie Delker

Here is the same image in postcard format (with identification penned on the back), and the corresponding "smiling" pose from the same sitting:

Hi bud, I have an original George Burke Checklist, the players are listed below with their checklist number.

Eddie Delker: 189 N8
Burgess Whitehead: 802 N8

Oddly enough, there are a few signed Eddie Delker JIM ROWE postcards on eBay right now with the same pose.

Cheers,
Keith

Hi Keith,
The postcard I posted is a Rowe postcard as well, produced from one of George Burke's original negatives. Rowe made extensive use over the years of a large grouping of George Burke's original negatives that he had on loan from George Brace following Burke's death. He produced as many, if not more, reprints from those negatives over the years than George Brace himself produced from the larger archive still in his possession. So the image used to produce the RPPC is Burke's work, with the RPPC production itself being in later years by Rowe.
