One of the all-time greats, for sure. A little-known fact is that in 1936, as a tribute to Louis, Winnipeg Free Press sportswriter Vince Leah nicknamed the city's Canadian Football League franchise the "Blue Bombers" -- a moniker that was officially adopted the following season ... and remains to this day.
