TA-DA!! __Member 'slipk1068' WINS!! __ 2014 Atlanta Braves OFFENSIVE Raffle
I love the Atlanta Braves, but lately they have really been testing my devotion. Through the third inning tonight (9/16 Game #151) they have score a total of 547 runs which is next to last in all of baseball.
This has been an especially brutal season for us Braves fans as we lost two good young pitchers before the season even started. The money invested in free agent and home-grown hitters seems to be for naught...or next to it. So, I had to find a way to cheer them on: The plan - a set of (12) 2014 Bowman cards of Braves Players and (1) 1967 Topps card of Atlanta immortal Ty Cline goes to the person whose guess comes closest to the total number of runs the 'mighty' Braves will wind up scoring. TY CLINE.jpg The Bowman cards are Beachy, Johnson, Simmons, Gattis, Kimbrel, Minor, Medlen, Freeman, J.Upton, Bethancourt, Teheran, & Heyward. Regular Season only now...postseason totals do not count LOL Limit 2 guesses per member (no editing allowed)...The closest guess wins all 13 cards!

Update:
The Braves were shut out tonight 3-0, so their total remains 547 now through 151 games.
Side note: Braves' radio announcer referred to the 'Great Braves Hitting Coach' Greg Walker. Ya Gotta Believe?
