1931 For the second time in 10 days, Babe Herman hits the cycle. The Dodger outfielder is one of only three men to hit for the cycle three times.

Two Butter Creams. One has a September back and the other an October. The wet-ink transfer on the October back always has intrigued me.

Just 7 points away from immortality. I still think his 1930 season was one of the best of the modern era.
