Default Who is correct, PSA and SGC, or Lemke

Posted By: Mike

A little help please. I have two W574's, both Foxx's. Both PSA and SGC gave them the heading of 1932. In the '06 version of the SCD, they are shown as being from 1933. Certainly not a matter of national importance, but I just like to know the facts.

Anyone know which is correct?

Thanks

The Al Simmons in the set pictures him with the White Sox, so the set is from no earlier than 1933. I believe there's also a Red Faber in the set, and he retired after the 1933 season. So 1933 looks like the most likely date.

Thanks so much. I guess I will resubmit them to the graders, and have it corrected. Funny though, how both graders made the same error.
