What would this card command if actually issued?? Very nicely done IMO.

Why wasn't Babe Ruth in the cracker jack cards anyways ? also, why wasn't Grover Alexander in some 1911 card sets ?

i imagine that the answer to question is the same for both the players. ruth was only 2-1 in 1914 so if the cards were produced (player selection) prior to the season starting both ruth and alexander were unheard of in thoise respective years. ruth did have a great 1915 and alexander a breakout 1911 but the cards were probably in production before the seasons began.only thing i can figure.

What if?

A CJ Babe Ruth would probably be worth twice a Joe Jackson even though that is by far the nicest looking Joe Jackson card IMHO.

That's pretty cool stuff. Might have to add that Williams "card" to the collection. Thanks for pointing the site out!

I illustrated many of those cards on Dan's site and most of them (Aaron, Grove, Williams, Rose, Munson, Ryan, etc) have been printed as promo cards for the promoters of the Shriner's Show in Boston.

The others like, the 1915 CJ Ruth and the T206 Joe Jackson, are just electronic "sketches". Someday they may get printed if a client commissions me and has the legal standing to do so.

Thanks for the compliments on them!
