I would say they are in good condition, I spotted two in a local antique shop. The owner is asking $60 for each.

If they're intact (no corners torn off or anything like that) and reasonably clean, $60 is a fair price.

That sounds fair to me. I have seen Goudey wrappers go for more and they are not nearly as tough.
