Default Vintage Harvard Hat

Looking for help dating this hat. Any help would be appreciated. Leather inside with a red tag indicating a hat size. Just noticed the spaulding label.

Toby- I checked "The H Book of Harvard Athletics", and the baseball teams from 1912 to 1922 are shown wearing that exact hat. Teams prior to 1912 were photographed pretty much hatless (or with a slightly different model), and the book stops at 1922 so don't know how much longer they were in style.
