Default Dizzy Dean Pencil Tablet

This is a recent find at a hoarders house in a stack old newspapers. My dad, who is a farmer, was just going to throw all of the contents away. Luckily i was able to save some things. It is in great shape and only has one page missing inside.

I appreciate any information you might have about the Dizzy/Daffy Dean Pencil Tablet. Thank you.
