Okay, what am I missing here?

Looks like you didn't miss it, but rather PSA did (looks to be an "A" applied with a stamp).

I am no expert on this set, so if this is a variation I will just leave this unedited and look like an idiot.

Seller is a good seller and board member but I don't know how this will go. Personally, if I bought the card I would go to PSA customer service and start there. They missed the mark > on this one.

honest sellers shouldn't hide behind psa, we all know they're incompetent at times. if he knew about the mark he should've disclosed it. i also emailed him just before the auction ended in case he didn't know
