Default Looking for a TINY bit of Koufax help

I say TINY because that's how big the pic is of it. I don't know Koufax super well so any educated opinions are welcome. Thanks very much!

Jarrod,

The size of your scan makes it more difficult to give an opinion on this one, but I would tend to vote no, FWIW. The are inconsistencies in letter formation and slant that do not match up well with my exemplars.
