Japanese Menko ID
Adam,
I think it's Noboru Aota. Part of the JCM119: 1950 Maruman set. Robert Klevens is the expert on the site. Hopefully he will weigh in.

Yes, that's a 1950 Maruman JCM 119 card of HOFer Noboru Aota. The wrestling card next to him is Ben Sharpe and the three sumo wrestlers are left to right: Naruyama, Kagamisato and Wakanohana.
