BVG use to be really harsh on vintage grading them the same they did modern cards. That is why the new BVG doesn't have the subgrades anymore because they modified how they graded vintage. I would say it is a deffinate candidate for a possible bump if you believe those corners are more in line with a PSA 7-8 (Image is too blurry for me to determine).
