It's a Rob DeWolfe voodoo doll. For the most humorous results, simply insert uku-zillion pins into the eye and groinal areas.

1990's Twins Enterprises mascot bobblehead. Worth only a couple bucks in the condition shown. You can find these easily still in the original box for less than $20 usually.
