1980 Charlotte O's Orange Border Ripken
The last confirmed sale of the 1980 Charlotte O's Ripken card took place all the way back in 2006.
1.) When is the last time you've seen a copy? 2.) Do you own one? Being that it was issued primarily to non collectors (school children) by the Charlotte PD for only a brief period of time....locating any singles from this set is nearly impossible. The last of the "common" WBTV Ripken cards was sold nearly a year ago.
