Default I'm almost POSITIVE this T202 card features the Georgia Peach...

I believe this seller has 'spot the all-time great in the center panel' Net54 disease (in the case of this 'Cobb' it might be incurable):

Here is close up of the center panel in question...what do you think?:

Pretty sure the back panel identifies the player as Matty McIntyre.

It does, but the seller is claiming that the picture is of Cobb.
I guess that after a Net 54 member found Joe Jackson on a center panel, the seller thinks that he can find Cobb there as well. Maybe next he'll find Wagner.

I would think that each of them is rolling over in his grave on being mistaken for one another. They hated each other.

All of the T202 cards with Ty Cobb have him pretty easily identified in the center panel.

Seems like wishful thinking.

Default Matty McIntyre

Matty McIntyre last played for the Detroit Tigers in 1910 and played for the Chicago White Sox in 1911 & 1912. Funny that the side panel shows him with the White Sox and the center panel shows him with the Tigers. It even says on the back.

In case you missed it, here is the great Shoeless Joe T202 thread that the title of my own thread mimicked.
