Default Mini-pennant help? BF3?

I have many different BF3 mini-pennants but have not seen one like this before. I do not think it is a BF3 but not sure where it comes from.

It is 4 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide.

any help is appreciated.

Default leader candy

I believe this is an un-cataloged set of circa 1950 pennants put out by the leader candy company of Brooklyn, very similar in size to the Nut & Chocolate set.

Default correction

The set is probably early forties given the blue jays pennant.

Well,
1943-1949 the Phillies used the Blue Jays name...BUT it would be odd to have two Phillies pennants...although mine looks very much like the others...interesting to say the least. Thanks so much for the info.
