For cards of that extremely high quality, I don't mind a separate thread. Those are 2 of the best cards in the hobby, IMO - and very nice examples.

Maybe it's time for a change in structure around here...Maybe Leon can sell off shares in the board...then of the owners a board of directors could be elected who would make important decisions...such as changing the board to more twitter like.(dammit I can't seem to find the emoticons on my ipad...insert dancing banana emoji here!)

Twitter? What is that? I heard birds in my garage this morning and they were twittering around.... Our younger members (I am 52) should remember this is not a place like Twitter and is a bit more formal. Not a lot but a little. I believe we have had twitterers on the board and they usually get told this isn't twitter. You can either write a sentence and understand your environment or eventually you won't have fun here. That's just my opinion.

Of course, short answers and acronyms and so forth are fine, but twitter-like ramblings should be kept to a bare minimum (*again, imo)

Lastly, I love Honda cars. I drive an Accord and my daughter drives a Civic and I am probably going to get her a CRV next year when she goes off to school- great cars!!

Well, its now yesterday's pickups. Have the cards appreciated enough to make up for the depreciation of the Honda?

I apologize. I couldn't resist.

Congratulations on all three pickups.

Steve, this made me laugh out loud (I intentionally avoided typing "LOL" ). I do this sometimes, but I only really text with my friends. My dad doesn't know how to text and isn't planning to learn.

I have always splurged and used the extra letter to spell 'Haha'. But maybe it should be 'Lots of Haha'?

Could we invent our own Net54baseball language and only go with hh ? I mean all of that extra work in typing the "a"s isn't really necessary is it?

Love my CRV...it's a first year, 2nd generation (2007). Bought it new and it's been my daily driver ever since. Bought a 2003 F150 XLT though for weekend chores and bad weather recently. Love having both of them around.

Huh, well that explains things. I always thought LOL meant "Lots of Love." (kidding, I'm just kidding)

Default 2004 Accord Here - Tan Betsy is her name

Bought it in 2006 with 8K on the odo from a dealership (I know, I know...or IK, IK in the new Net54 shorthand). The silliest waste I ever spent was an xtra 1K for the 100m extended warrantee. Been round trip coast-to-coast across the country twice and for 2 yrs rang up 750 mi/p/wk. Never a whimper out of her. I think I'll kick the bucket (KTB) before she does.
