Default Good ol' ebay...

So how long do you guys give the seller to return message(s)/emails about the item being "not as descibed" before you contact ebay/pp/samething for a full refund. Im going on 3+ days...even got a phone number and left a message. Its a $500+ item BTW.

If the item is not as described, I open a case first and then later I contact the seller (irregardless of the fact that eBay states that you have to contact the seller first). So to answer your question; "0" days and on a $500+ item it's probably less then that .

Good luck! By the way, when you are filling out the eBay questionnaire just state that the item was not as described and don't go into too much detail (anything you say could be used against you if the seller does not accept returns................book-'em-Danno!).

Lovely Day...

I give 24 hours, if I get no response then I dispute, I do not play games with that kind of crap. If I was you I would be calling the crap out of him by now too.

i got a high dollar card one time that was a fake, out and out. Go in hard with both feet is the best way to get a good resolution.

Thanks for the thoughts. The seller stepped up, answered the phone, apologized profusely and claimed to never get email #1 or #2....Offered full refund plus s/h so we're good. Thanks again.
