Aside from Wagner, Plank and the Green Cobb I only need Jennings to close out my HOF Portrait set. Much prefer PSA as that will even out my SGC/PSA ratio. Looking in the 2-4 range for budget reasons. Also looking for the usual qualities, nice color, centering, registration etc. Thanks for looking.
